The universe provides us with a constant flow of opportunities when we are ready to be open to them.

Today we expect everything at our finger tips, and if we don’t find things easy and efficient we seem to get annoyed. We live our lives in a constant haze of noise, demands, and lists, feeling that if we don’t cram as much as we can into a day we are on some level failing.

But in choosing a busy life, some of us have lost sight of what is really important, we don’t feel truly happy or content, in fact more and more of us are feeling anxious and stressed, and even burnt out!… What if you were to give yourself permission to slow down? To be still long enough to reflect, to give yourself the time to be in full presence with your feelings & really listen to what your body is saying? By slowing down and following your breath, a whole new world of possibilities can open up.

It is here that I invite you to acknowledge how miraculous it was when we took our first breath, and how perfect our last breath will be, and how indeed every single breath we take is a precious gift… and for that we hold great gratitude…


I started Breathwork with Kerry a couple of years ago. It was something completely new for me, but it felt like the right time to start taking care of myself. Kerry instantly offered me a safe, nurturing space to explore some ideas of self-care, and since then, she has helped me in so many ways.
