One thing I found deeply moving was that such deep bonds of trust and fellowship can develop between people on such a short acquaintance.

The re-birthing I attended has set in motion some very deep processes. Every sign I am receiving at the moment seems to be confirmation of rebirth and renewal.The best way I can describe how I feel at present is of a steady flowering or unfolding taking place.  I’m both a little scared and very excited as to where it all may lead.

In the meantime I am being gentle with myself  – and remembering my breath!

So for me the weekend session was a beautiful turning point to trusting the more gentle approach and perhaps being able to listen to myself more deeply, more intimately and notice when i begin to override myself or push myself into overwhelm.  It feels like this is probably all part of my birth experience and it feels very healing to have a container for it, to help me recognise how it plays out in my life.

This experience was unlike any I’ve ever had. We explored areas of my subconscious that have previously been untapped, and I had discoveries that probably would have taken years in traditional therapy. The dynamic between the facilitators and assistants felt like family, and they poured their presence and love into us.

Lynn and Kerry are very gifted teachers with tremendous insight, tact and loving care.

The event, beautifully curated and arranged, was an amazing soothing, deep and transformative experience for me. It served as important milestone on my spiritual enquiry journey to my Higher Self as it opened mystical windows and spotlighted avenues I did not know existed.

Thinking about you all and thought I would do a little check in. I notice I am feeling more expansive, tender, gentle, and an overall softening since the retreat. I feel this both within myself and toward other people. More of an overall sense of calm and centered. While this all certainly feels positive. I’m also noticing that my tolerance for more dense energy feels more fragile. I feel more sensitive and more affected by certain energies. Not doing anything with it, just noticing for now. 

My tendency might be to armor up in the face of those energies, but I am not wanting to abandon, this gentle softer self.
