Join Kerry Veitch & Pablo Castro for a time for healing, connection and growth, as you are guided back to source, back to the essence of who you are and what you have come here to experience.

In these five days we invite you to slow right down, to feel the magic in full body presence, to be able to explore deep rooted, pre-verbal and somatic imprints. We'll be exploring your birth patterns, pre-natal and in the time shortly after birth. All held within your system.

Warm Water Rebirthing is a gentle yet profound form of conscious connected breathwork which induces an altered state of consciousness. This allows the body to process emotions, energy, and birth patterns on a somatic level.

In this experiential retreat we honour the birthing energy as a sacred process, knowing that it will guide us perfectly to rebirth and a new awareness. The power of the breath, a safe space, and tuning into divine feminine energy allows for that transformation.

Facilitator Pablo Castro

Pablo Castro is a Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer. His passion for breath, felt sense and water therapy is at the core of what he shares with one to one's and groups around the world.

He is a surfer, free diver and lover of the ocean, more and more he is called to work with and within the element of water. Pablo holds water breath ceremonies and has also trained with Wataflow.

His work has led to the profound realms of rebirthing and he is in awe of the gentle yet profound power of warm water, loving presence and gentle holding. With great love and honor he is deeply excited to be sharing this incredible work. Pablo has been a lead trainer with Alchemy of Breath for 5 years, and is based in Bali.

The Venue

Nestled in a sacred hotspot between four mountains and close to the evocative ruins of Llanthony Priory – the haunting remnants of one of the greatest buildings of medieval Wales – Fforest Barn is an idyllic location for a spirited nature connection experience.

The retreat offers peace and tranquillity in a stunning wilderness landscape and has incredible views from inside and out with amazing walking opportunities in each direction.

Fforest Barn is an ideal place to recharge your batteries and revitalise body and mind. Just 60 minutes from Bristol and Cardiff and 2.5 hours from London.

What you will explore:

An exploration of your own unique Birth Pattern, and an awareness of how the stages of birth can create repeating patterns in our lives.
How experiences of relational rupture during the peri-natal period can become lodged in our physiology and our felt sense, and how they affect our relationships today.
How trauma is stored in the body, and how somatic experiences can assist the integration of this energy and an ability to reconnect with our emotional body.
The use of the breath as a tool for grounding, contact, exchange, trauma release and discharge.
Participation in experiences that will allow access to the wisdom of your own body, allowing for a deeper sense of trust in life.
Understand the challenges and find the gifts in the Blueprint that we come into life with, and through this gain and understanding of your role in healing inherited family trauma: Transforming the legacy of generations.
Deepen your own personal relationship with water and experience at least 2 warm water breathes in our designated hot tub

By Train - We’re about 10 mins from Abergavenny train station. If you’re coming by train you go from Paddington to Newport, then change for Abergavenny. This should take max 2.5 hours and cost circa £40. There are buses for under £10 to Newport, then take the train, or maybe bus all the way. There are also trains from Birmingham New Street, via Hereford.
If you need a taxi to/from Abergavenny call Peter at A Cabs on 01873 737736 or 07958 702208. This costs around £10 one way.
By Plane
We are equidistant from Bristol or Cardiff Airport – about an hour away. A taxi costs about £120 each way – eg £60 each is two people. Call Peter at A Cabs on 01873 737736 or 07958 702208. Alternatively, you can hire a car at the airport.
By Car
This is where the SatNav gets you to. Forest Coalpit Farm, Abergavenny NP7 7LL. Then Go to the right and keep going – past a chapel, a house on the left, Chapel Farm on the right, until you come to Forest Coalpit Farm. Keep going to the end of the road. You’ve arrived at Fforest Barn.
We will send a welcome email with all details closer to the time.

The full balance is due by the 1 May 2025

It is really important to us that you receive support following the retreat, there will be an online zoom meet up for everyone. Date TBC end of August
We offer a full refund, with a £200 admin fee deducted for withdrawals - 1 month prior to the retreat or more. After that there is a zero refund policy, unless we have a waiting list.
The accommodation in the main building offers a stylish selection of double, twin and bunk rooms, while outdoors the choice extends to hand-painted gypsy caravans, an ecopod, a cabin and a luxury safari tent and treehouse, with close access to an eco-loo and shower.
This is a full board retreat with our passion to ensure healthy, fresh, nutritious vegetarian food.
You will be able to select a preference for accommodation & dietary requirements on the booking form.
