Terms & Conditions of Booking

Waiver and Release Form

All new clients must complete an Intake Form before their first session. (For warm water Rebirthing there is an additional Intake Form to complete).

My services are offered to individuals and groups, both online and in person. And are therefore referred to below as the client.

The Client is aware that breathwork is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

As your Breathwork Facilitator, I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care to meet the client's intentions for the sessions. This service is requested at the client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. The sessions can also include the use of physical touch which is designed to support you during the session, this will be discussed with the client before the start of the session, but the client also has the right to refuse this contact by using the word ‘’stop’’ at any time. 

The client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being in a breathwork session as well as the consequences. The client enters into these breathwork sessions with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

As one of the conditions of my participation in any session, I specifically release The Sacred Breath, its students, agents and employees from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to my participation in its activities, including accidents, medical, personal, etc.

The sessions can also include the use of physical touch which is designed to support you during the session.  This will be discussed with the client before the start of our sessions together, where the client can give consent or not.  The client also has the right to refuse this contact by using the word ‘’stop’’ at any time during a session.

Record Keeping 

Your records shall be kept for at least 7 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given.  In the case of treatment to minors, it is advisable that records should be kept for at least 7 years after they reach the age of majority (18). They will be stored securely as printed copies and on my personal computer, and backed up occasionally on to a hard drive, kept at my home. You can have access to your files at any time, by contacting me via email. I will take no longer than 20 days to respond to such a request.

Photography & Filming  

By registering for any event with the Sacred Breath you agree to grant your permission to be recorded on photography, and/or video, pictures of your participation. This material may be used in any form for future publications, brochures, printed, digital or online materials without payment of fees, special credit or other compensation. You will always be notified if there is to be any publicity or documentary footage taken at the event, and it will always be done with the utmost discretion and by honoring the sacred space we are working in.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please note should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this booking system allows you to do so at any point, however it requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to receive a refund, if you are not rescheduling. Any cancellations less than 24 hours are charged at the full rate.

Retreats, weekend courses, or longer training’s will require a min of 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to the event start date, will have an administration charge of up to 20% of the total fee. These kind of events are also transferable, so you will not receive a full refund but can transfer the payment to another like-for like event minus the administration fees. If there is a waiting list however, for any of the events you may receive a full refund, if your place can be filled. There may also be specific cancellation policy in the FAQ section for an event.

Deposits are required upon bookings to secure your place, with the balance to be paid no later than 21 days before the event (see specific T&C’s for each event). 

Kerry will consider any exceptions to this policy due to exceptional circumstances and if flexibility is possible. Thank you for your understanding.
