Birth to Rebirth: Warm Water Conscious Breathing Retreat

16 - 23 March 2024, @Prana veda bali sanctuary

Ready for a deep soul journey? Ready to let the consciousness of water and the consciousness in your breath unite, to hold you in a sacred space? Join Kerry Veitch & Pablo Castro for a time for healing, connection and growth, as you are guided back to source, back to the essence of who you are and what you have come here to experience.

In these seven days we invite you to slow right down, to feel the magic in full body presence, to be able to explore deep rooted, pre-verbal and somatic imprints. We'll be exploring your birth patterns, pre-natal and in the time shortly after birth. All held within your system.

Warm Water Rebirthing is a gentle yet profound form of conscious connected breathwork which induces an altered state of consciousness. This allows the body to process emotions, energy, and birth patterns on a somatic level.

In this experiential retreat we honour the birthing energy as a sacred process, knowing that it will guide us perfectly to rebirth and a new awareness. The power of the breath, a safe space, and tuning into divine feminine energy allows for that transformation.

Facilitator Pablo Castro

Pablo Castro is a Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer. His passion for breath, somatic healing and water therapy is at the core of what he shares with one to one's and groups around the world.

He is a surfer, free diver and lover of the ocean, more and more he is called to work with and within the element of water. Pablo holds water breath ceremonies and has also trained with Wataflow.

His work has led to the profound realms of rebirthing and he is in awe of the gentle yet profound power of warm water, loving presence and gentle holding. With great love and honor he is deeply excited to be sharing this incredible work. Pablo has been a lead trainer with Alchemy of Breath for 5 years, and is based in Bali.

The Venue

A small, spacious, hidden retreat oasis on an endless lava sand beach, away from mainstream tourism, on the north coast of Bali. With a beautiful coral reef on its doorstep for swimming, snorkelling, standup paddling and dolphin watching.

The Founders Vision - Renate

Prana Veda Sanctuary is an organic manifestation of my life’s dream and vision. “Live your dream” was always deep inside myself and the vision to create a space of healing with my passion for community and love for people. Life guided me to Bali and to this place of tropical beauty by the Indian Ocean. After deep meditations and lots of dreams, I designed it from the ground up. Then, together with the Balinese from the village, with their great craftsmanship, we built it to serve as a Sanctuary, Guesthouse, Holiday Retreat, Healing Place and a Social Children’s Association.

I feel very blessed and thankful for this gift.

What you will explore:

  • An exploration of your own unique Birth Pattern, and an awareness of how the stages of birth can create repeating patterns in our lives.

  • How experiences of relational rupture during the peri-natal period can become lodged in our physiology and our felt sense, and how they affect our relationships today.

  • How trauma is stored in the body, and how somatic experiences can assist the integration of this energy and an ability to reconnect with our emotional body.

  • The use of the breath as a tool for grounding, contact, exchange, trauma release and discharge.

  • Participation in experiences that will allow access to the wisdom of your own body, allowing for a deeper sense of trust in life.

  • Understand the challenges and find the gifts in the Blueprint that we come into life with, and through this gain and understanding of your role in healing inherited family trauma: Transforming the legacy of generations.

  • Deepen your own personal relationship with water and experience at least 3 warm water breathes

From there it is a scenic walk through banana plantations, next to glove papaya and cacao trees, as well as pineapple, chili and many more fruit plants - until you reach the waterfall. There you can have a pleasant shower under the refreshing waters of the island’s highest waterfall. Next to the entrance you can hire a Balinese guide (for a small tip) who reveals you interesting secrets of the Balinese tropical nature.

Take a unique view of Bali from a different perspective. In most cases, you can watch the cheerful play of the dolphins. Two guests can go together in one boat for this sunrise tour. The multilevel temple offers a breathtaking view across the valley to the sea onto abundant rice paddies, vineyards and jungle-like forest. The Brahma Vihara monastery is surrounded by a big garden with tropical plants, a lotus pond and many exotic flowers. Spread across the compound, you can admire numerous stone sculptures and ornated buildings. It is a peaceful and contemplative place where visitors are welcome to meditate.

It is allowed to take pictures inside the temple compound. You will also find possibilities to buy water and snacks across the parking.

Clothes: - long trousers, long skirt or Sarong - Sarongs can be borrowed for donation - women should cover their shoulders

The sacred Hot Springs are an old site located in the midst of the jungle in a beautiful tropical garden setting. The sulfurous water is of volcanic origin and has an agreeable warm temperature of 38 degrees Celsius. There are several pools of 1-2 m depth.

There is a cozy restaurant on the grounds of the hot springs where you can have a snack. Also, you will find many shops along the way to the Hot Springs that sell sarongs, towels etc.

The mystical and holy Hot Springs are also very popular among the Balinese families. On the way back you can stop in Lovina to buy clothes and souvenirs or round out the day in one of the beach cafés.
